UD Derivative Unit is a specific device to amplify the exhaust. The regulating system is specifically designed for modulation and allows an accurate tuning to maximize speed without compromising the stability of the actuator. This product is designed to be used in modulating systems (amplification of positioner exhaust flow) and also for on/off systems.

AV Volume Booster is designed to meet conventional and high speed control valve applications. It produces a volume boosting action and contains an integral stabilizing by-pass valve, adjustable by a screw. Opening this valve it is possible to improve the stability of the system composed by positioner - volume booster - actuator.

It produces a high volume boosting action and contains two integral stabilizing by-pass valves, adjustable by screws, one for supply amplification and the other for exhaust amplification. This product is specifically designed to be piloted by a positioner with high CV, such as our FT positioner.
