STI IMI DT DigitalTrak Positioner Valve Smart loop powered instrument
Product Details
Product Description
STI DT
DT DigitalTrack Positioner is a loop-powered instrument. As a control part of the pneumatic valve set, this positioner is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric generation, metal production, light industry and other fields of automation systems.
This product accepts a 4-20 mA valve setting signal from the control system; at the same time, it receives the actual valve signal through the local sensors. The two signals are compared by control software in order to control the feeding to the actuator and the exhaust from the actuator, driving the valve to reach the set point. It can overcome friction and the imbalance of power on the control valve, and improve the response speed of the control valve. Thus, it can reach the required position rapidly and accurately.

E+H RIA15 process indicator Loop-powered Ex ia process indicator as field or control panel device fo
RIA15 process indicator The process indicator is available with 4 to 20 mA or with HART® protocol. In the HART® version up to 4 measured values of one sensor can be indicated in alternation. For this, the indicator can be set as a primary or secondary HART® master and actively inquire the values from the sensor. The small voltage drop of < 1V (< 1.9 V with HART®) is a huge advantage, especially in Ex-applications, where in most cases only a reduced voltage is available.
Flowserve Pneumatic Actuators - Linear - VL Series VL25 Valtek
VL Actuator Valtek VL series spring cylinder linear actuators are powerful, compact, high-performance pneumatic actuators that provide solid throttling or on-off operation for automatic control valves. The positioner supplies air to both sides of the piston, providing stiff, precise movement and high-frequency response and quick stroke speeds.
